Here at Leap Year Publishing, we are continually searching for quality photographic images and illustrations. We publish a variety of subject matter, and will consider any artwork that we believe will help us to achieve our goal of creating quality products at an affordable price. If you are interested in submitting your work for publication in calendars, stationery product, or puzzle format, please send a well-edited selection of your work (at least 10, but no more than 40 images) along with a cover letter with a brief description of your concept.

Submission Guidelines

We will accept submissions by email or postal mail. If you are submitting photographs for consideration in our calendar items, please include a paragraph in your cover letter detailing the format in which you shoot and what size your final files or films are.

Please note that only NON-RETURNABLE submissions will be accepted. To insure against loss or damage, please do not submit original material or any material you wish to have returned. By submitting your work, you agree that Leap Year Publishing will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged submissions.

Acceptable submission materials include: prints, photocopies, tear sheets of published work or promotional materials, digital files in JPG or TIFF format, which can either be mailed on a CD or emailed and links to a web-based portfolio. We will not accept links to FTP sites where we would have to download images.

If we are interested in your work, we will contact you via email. No phone calls, please. If after eight weeks from the date of your submission you have not received a response, you should assume that we do not have a need for your work.
