SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

At Leap Year Publishing, we are continually searching for art inspired images and will consider any subject matter that we believe will achieve our goal.
If you are interested in submitting your work for publication in calendar, Stationery product, or puzzle format, please send a well-edited selection of your work (at least 10, but no more than 40 images).

Send your submission to the following address and make sure to label all pieces with your name and address:

We will accept only NON-RETURNABLE material for initial review. To insure against loss or damage, please do not submit original material or any material you wish to have returned.

Acceptable samples include prints, photocopies, cd-roms, tear sheets of published work or promotional material. Digital submissions may be sent to: artworksubmissions@leapyearpublishing.com Or, you may email us with a link to your website.

Please allow up to eight weeks for a response to your submission. If your style is of interest, we will contact you to request an additional selection of your work. Leap Year Publishing will contact you again in the event that your submission is accepted for publication. Contracts will be negotiated upon acceptance, prior to publication.
No phone calls, please. If after eight weeks from the date of your submission you have not received a response, you should assume that your work was not chosen and that you will receive no further response at this time.

By submitting your work, you agree that Leap Year Publishing will not assume responsibility for lost or damaged submissions.
