Former elementary school teacher Laura Kelly launched her first licensing agreement in 2003 with Checks in the Mail. Since that time, she has been working on her portfolio to create art that mixes and matches through use of design, color and theme. Her boldly colored and whimsical art has quite an audience as it is highly recognizable, fun and empowering.
